• Where is the store based?

• How did Little Faces Apparel come about?

  LFA was inspired after having my third child, my daughter. Now don't get me wrong, having my boys was also very special and joyous but having my daughter tapped into a creative side I had no idea wanted to be released. There was something about having a little girl that made me get a little more "girly". I wanted to make her cute outfits and accessories. I wanted her to be even more unique than what she already was and have her wear things that couldn't be bought in the "big box stores".

  Hopefully you enjoy dressing your child up in the same things that I trust my own children to wear!

• Sizing

  All of our items are prewashed and cut to allow for a bit of expected shrinking. **It is recommended to hang dry as the items can shrink and fade if put in a dryer**

  3m - 14" waist, 13" length
  6m - 15" waist, 14" length
  12m - 16" waist, 19" length
  18m - 17" waist, 21" length
  2T - 18" waist, 22" length
  3T - 19" waist, 23" length

  Shorts:
  Approx. 2" inseam
  3m - 14" waist
  6m - 15" waist
  12m - 16" waist
  18m - 17" waist
  2T - 18" waist
  3T - 19" waist
  4T - waist 20"

  Skirts:
  0/6m: 15" waist, 6" length
  6/12m: 16" waist, 7" length
  12/18m: 17" waist, 8" length
  18/24m: 18" waist, 9" length
  2: 19" waist, 10" length
  3: 19" waist, 11" length

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Returns
  Returns will only be accepted on full-price merchandise if we are emailed within 3 days of you receiving your order and item is returned within 7 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. The return address is located on your packing slip.

  Exchanges
  We do not allow exchanges per se. Due to certain sizes/prints quickly selling out and/or limited in quantity, you will need to follow the return guidelines above and submit a new purchase for your item(s) of choice.

  Refunds on Returns
  Once your return is received and inspected, as long as the item is in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days, less shipping charges.
  
  Shipping
  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee your returned item will be received.
  
  Sale items
  Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are final sale.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will be shipped via USPS. Once shipped, you'll receive shipping/tracking confirmation. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.Occasionally there may be delays in production. Each item is handmade to order and may take some extra time but know that you order will get to you as fast as possible. Average time to be shipped is usually within 2 weeks.

• How should I wash my items?

  Specific care instructions are included on the item description page but if it's not, feel free to ask! However, general guidelines are:

  Clothing (leggings/scarves/etc) - they are not pre-washed and are cut generously to allow for a bit of expected shrinking. To keep from excess shrinking or color fading, we suggest using phosphate-free detergents when washing in cold water and hang to dry.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship via USPS which only allows tracking within the US. If a package is lost or stuck in customs, Little Faces is not liable. If you would like tracking and insurance via USPS, please email BEFORE placing your order so the correct shipping charges can be added.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
