SIZING
Products are not pre-washed and cut to allow for a bit of expected shrinking. Please check item description for sizing as well.
**It is recommended to hang dry as the items can shrink and fade if put in a dryer**
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
ALL ITEMS - they are not pre-washed and are cut generously to allow for a bit of expected shrinking. To keep from excess shrinking or color fading, we highly recommend turning the garment inside out, use phosphate-free detergents (e.g. Dreft), wash in cold water on gentle/delicate and hang or lay flat to dry.
CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME
Our current turnaround is 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates of packages. It is up to the USPS to deliver within their specified timeframes after we drop them off at the post office. If you have a hard deadline, please email us prior to your purchase so we can discuss your unique situation with you personally.
PAYMENT POLICY
All prices are in USD (US Dollars). Payment due at time order. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal as forms of payment. A 7% sales tax will be applied to South Dakota orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
All domestic shipping is done via USPS. Tracking and $50 insurance is included with all orders! We are not responsible for packages once picked up by the postal service. Undeliverable address or wrong addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have a lost package issue, and it was marked delivered by USPS, please contact USPS with your tracking information. Many times the items are marked delivered by accident and are either left on a truck and/or in the post office. Check with them first before reaching out to us. In these instances, we offer a replacement at a discount.
All international shipping is also done via USPS. Tracking and $50 insurance is included with all orders. We are not responsible for lost packages once picked up by the postal service.
Some countries do charge a GST or VAT on purchases made outside of their country. It is the responsibility of the buyer for any duties/taxes/additional fees that may be charged at customs.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds available except for damaged/defective items. Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues but shipping (both ways) is the responsibility of the buyer. For these reasons, please double/triple check the sizing information! We can try to help you answer any questions you have.
Please note: These items are made to order, one at a time. We get orders out as soon as humanly possible (hey, I hate waiting for my goodies to ship too!) but please be aware of our turn around time. Happy Shopping!
