When will I receive my order?

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! However, since all items are made to order, it could take up to 3 weeks to ship. Once shipped, your order will be sent via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation only. Shipping costs only covers the cost of shipping and the packaging. Once your item has shipped, you'll be provided the tracking number. Insurance is OPTIONAL. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and sadly, packages can go missing so if you'd like to add insurance, please contact us prior to ordering and we'll adjust the cost for you.

Sizing

Products are not pre-washed and cut to allow for a bit of expected shrinking. Not all sizing is listed here. Please check item description for sizing as well. **It is recommended to hang dry as the items can shrink and fade if put in a dryer**

Leggings
3m - 14" waist, 12.5" length
6m - 15" waist, 14" length
12m - 16" waist, 17" length
18m - 17" waist, 18.5" length

Return Policy

Because all items are "made to order",  all sales are final sale. It is encouraged to ask any questions prior to purchasing! If you receive your order and believe it to be damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our main goal is for you to love your purchase!

Part of my order includes a preorder item. When will my order ship?

Orders will ship once all items are in stock. 

How should I wash my items?

ALL ITEMS - they are not pre-washed and are cut generously to allow for a bit of expected shrinking. To keep from excess shrinking or color fading, we highly recommend turning the garment inside out, use phosphate-free detergents (e.g. Dreft), wash in cold water on gentle/delicate and hang or lay flat to dry.

Do you accept orders outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship via USPS which only allows tracking within the US. If a package is lost or stuck in customs, Little Faces is not liable. If you would like tracking and insurance via USPS, please email BEFORE placing your order so the correct shipping charges can be added.

I live outside of the United States. Will I incur any additional fees?

Some countries do charge a GST or VAT on purchases made outside of their country. It is the responsibility of the buyer for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
